These terms and conditions govern the use of ToKonek applications, website, and services provided by PT. Ginara Solusi Teknologi Nusantara ("ToKonek", "we"). By using our services, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all of the following terms, including integration with Facebook Apps and other third-party applications.

1. Use of Services

• ToKonek services may only be used for legitimate business purposes and must not violate any laws.
• Users must provide accurate data and are responsible for activities in their respective accounts.
• ToKonek reserves the right to refuse, limit, or terminate services if violations or misuse are found.

2. Third-Party Integration

• Integration with Facebook, marketplaces, and other third-party applications is done with your consent and permission.
• You are responsible for data shared with third-party applications through ToKonek.
• ToKonek is not responsible for losses resulting from the use of data by third parties beyond our control.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

• All content, logos, and technology in ToKonek are protected by copyright and trademarks of PT. Ginara Solusi Teknologi Nusantara.
• Users are not allowed to copy, modify, or distribute content without written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

• ToKonek is not responsible for indirect losses, data loss, or service disruptions due to third-party integration.
• Services are provided "as is" without specific guarantees, unless specified in writing.

5. Changes to Services & Terms

• ToKonek may change, add, or discontinue service features at any time with notice.
• Changes to terms & conditions will be communicated via email or notifications in the application.

6. Applicable Law

These terms & conditions are subject to the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Disputes will be resolved through deliberation or through applicable legal channels.
